The birth of a child is a life changing experience. For me, I have been blessed three times. God states, “ before you were formed in your mother’s womb, I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;(Jeremiah 1:5). Even though many children born today are not “planned”, God knew exactly when you would arrive. He has such a wonderful plan for your life “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you” declares the Lord “ and will bring you back from captivity”. (Jeremiah 29:11-14a). Take time to enjoy a quiet moment and ask the Lord how he can use you today. Reflect on being a mom and the gift you have been given.
This outfit is for a longtime friend whose little boy is just 3 weeks younger than Chance. His birthday will be July 14. She saw my pictures and requested an outfit in the same material with just different lettering. I hope it will be a cherished item in his closet, an item that will not make its way to a rummage sale in years to come. However, I hope it will be put away when it is outgrown and maybe one day, a grandchild will be able to put it upon his body. The great circle of life.
